  • Professional data (CV, clinical transcripts, NMBI/CORU registration status, IELTS/OET results).
  • Compliance data (Garda Vetting, Kenyan Police Clearance).

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • Consent: Your explicit agreement when submitting your CV.

4. International Data Transfers
